Project and Program Management
Our model for project/program management is to become integrated into your internal team and serve as an extension of your business. Integrated program management allows us to become fully entrenched in your program, from the initial stages of development through design, from technical assessment through assembly, and from aircraft installation through testing and follow-up support.
Installation and Technical Support and Consulting
On-site technical, installation and test support is provided directly from EMTEQ staff. This includes DER witnessed flight testing, on-site interior conformity testing, First Article Inspection, In-house DAR and DMIR conformity testing and DER major alteration approval.
Our staff also provides consultative review and guidance for successful and thorough implementation of Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin programs with a focus on compliance, cost-efficiencies and best system integration practices. They also provide technical consulting and audits based upon OEM auditing criteria, Federal Aviation Regulations, ICAO or industry developed standards.
Repair Station Services & Repair Audits
EMTEQ is a FAA and EASA certified repair station. The company is authorized to issue Return to Service tags and FAA Forms 8130-3 as well as 337s for EMTEQ designed and manufactured ARINC 404/600 trays, coax cable assemblies, LED dome, reading, wash and strip lighting. EMTEQ also offers mapping services for existing repairs and development of recording systems for future structural repair to meet regulatory demands as well as maintain damage tolerance for mature aircraft.
