Installation and System Design
EMTEQ has the expertise to develop avionics system designs which meet all advisory directive or service bulletin requirements while maintaining cost-efficiencies and best system integration practices. This includes creation of diagrams, development of process specifications and procedures and support through design for manufacturability. We also provide and possess software expertise in: CATIA V5, IGE-XAO, Unigraphics, SolidWords, SolidEdge, CadKey, AutoCAD, Mentor Graphics, and more. Our qualified staff also can provide component and system level 2D and 3D drawings, 3D electrical routing and mechanical placement.
Interior Reconfiguration & Conformity Testing
From minor updates to major changes, EMTEQ can design interior reconfigurations including seating and galley arrangements and overall aircraft interior layouts. Ask about Part 121 conformity inspections as well.
Structural Repairs and Modifications
EMTEQ can provide FAA approval for numerous structural modifications and repairs including engineering orders and test procedures for the affected areas of your aircraft. Our Canadian entity, ACS-NAI, holds Transport Canada Design Approval Organization (DAO) and Transport Canada parts manufacturing approval while EMTEQ has expertise in U.S. Federal Aviation Association (FAA) certification competencies. Our combined offering includes materials testing, on-site technical support, and the ability to approve design data for avionics system, structures and interior systems.
Exterior Paint Design
EMTEQ offers engineering order and paint drawings, including the aircraft registration number to mirror OEM exterior livery schemes.
