| SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Business Unit Manager, administers all facets of the day to day operations of various projects and activities. Provides support to the program team, sales and the customer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides day to day problem solving and assistance as necessary based on project / program related needs

Provides administrative support to the project / program managers, sales team, and purchasing

Provides customer support, confirms and processes purchase orders, tracks shipments

Assist in sourcing/supplier research for special parts/items

Assist in the review of drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements

Assist in the estimation of Bill of Material requirements

Update and maintain information and pricing in a database and rolling up costs (Excel spreadsheets)

| SUMMARY:
