EMTEQ’s Florida-based engineering office is located in Miramar, Florida in a 5,000 square foot facility. The former Avitas Engineering, was acquired by EMTEQ in 2002. Today, the EMTEQ Florida office specializes in design, certification and consulting services for the commercial retrofit aviation markets and owns more than 100 STCs for major airframe OEM models including: Airbus, BAE, Beechcraft, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, McDonnell-Douglas, Pilatus and many more.
